Archives for First Impression

Maintenance

Why take a chance? Be ready! A clean and well maintained home is always ahead when it is time to sell. Be pro active and inviting. Buyers will lower their offer on a property they feel need extra attention. A little work can limit the value of a price reduction. Scrub everywhere especially the kitchen and bathrooms, hygiene is a must. Paint the baseboards or touch up the walls, refresh the caulking, at the end of the day anything less appealing will be noticed and everything defective will be found by the home inspector.

Curb Appeal

Spring is in the air, ensure to showcase your home with flowers in bloom in planters or beautiful seasonal flowers in the garden. Empty pots will not provide a memorable first impression! Potential buyers might drive by to pre-select the properties they would like to visit. Be part of the favorite homes and impress!
